I am really pleased with Max and his team who completed the building work associated with our fabulous apropos extension. Max’s approach to the work made it a pleasure to have him and his team working in our home, they all have a real ‘get on with it attitude’ and were entirely helpful at each stage of the project.

Max kept to dates that we had discussed and the inevitable disruption was kept to a minimum throughout the entire project. Building materials were stored tidily and, (most importantly) my plants in the garden were not damaged!

We were very pleased with the sub-contractors that Max uses for the electrical, plumbing and plastering elements of the job and were particularly pleased with the additional work to the terrace area. Phil, (who works alongside Max) provided some really good ideas for this and then sourced the materials that were required.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Derrick & Son Ltd.

Competent and professional, Max and Phil were a pleasure to work with.  Easy to liaise with, they delivered a generally high standard of work, and were supported by a network of quality subcontractors. Should we have another project to do we wouldn't hesitate in giving Max a call.
